Pixrate · MORPHTOOL 2

Privacy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Pixrate (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you use MORPHTOOL 2 (the “Software”) or visit this website. The Software runs locally on your machine, requires no account, and collects no usage analytics.

Information We Do Not Collect

  • Your text, fonts, compositions and projects are processed locally and are never transmitted or uploaded.

  • The Software contains no analytics or usage tracking of any kind.

  • If you do not activate a licence and do not contact us, no information is collected at all. The free version can run entirely offline.

Information Collected at Purchase

All payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details; we never see your card number, and Paddle’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout. We receive your email address and confirmation that an order was paid, which we use to deliver your licence key.

Licence key emails are delivered by Resend, an email service provider, which processes your address solely for delivery.

Information Collected at Activation

Activating the Software sends two items to our licence server: your licence key and a machine fingerprint. The fingerprint is a one-way code derived from your computer’s name and network hardware. It cannot be reversed and does not identify you personally. It exists solely to enforce the two-seat limit.

The same two items are sent when the licence renews its offline token and when a seat is released with DEACTIVATE. No other data is transmitted.

Between those events the Software validates your licence locally, so it continues to work without an internet connection.

Support and Bug Reports

The Software includes a form for reporting problems. It transmits only what you enter: your message, its title and the email address you provide for a reply. The message is delivered through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, which processes it solely to pass it on.

Retention

Licence records are retained for the life of the licence, as they are required for support and re-activation. Support messages are retained while an issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your Rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the information we hold about you by writing to support@pixrate.co. Deleting a licence record also terminates the licence, so we will confirm before proceeding.

Cookies and Hosting

The site is built and hosted on Framer, and demo videos are served from Framer’s servers. As with any host, standard request data such as your IP address is processed in order to serve the pages. The site contains no advertising trackers and sets no tracking cookies.
