Pixrate · MORPHTOOL 2
Terms
Last updated: 11 August 2026
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PIXRATE. BY PURCHASING, INSTALLING OR USING MORPHTOOL 2 YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. MORPHTOOL 2 (the “Software”) is an extension for Adobe After Effects published by Pixrate (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Licence Grant
Upon purchase, Pixrate grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software. The licence is a one-time purchase. It does not expire and it does not renew. All orders are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment, issues your receipt and applies any sales tax or VAT required for your country. By completing checkout you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms, available at paddle.com/legal.
Seats and Activations
Each licence is issued for two (2) seats. You may activate the Software on no more than two machines at a time. A seat may be released from inside the panel at any time, after which the Software may be activated on a replacement machine. If a machine fails before its seat is released, contact Customer Support and the seat will be released for you.
Permitted Use
The Software may be used for personal and commercial projects, including client work, broadcast, film and advertising. No additional fees apply. All output created with the Software belongs to you.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, rent, lease or sub-license the Software.
You may not share a licence key publicly or use a single key across a team. Licences are issued per person.
You may not disassemble, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Software, including for the purpose of defeating its licensing.
For studio or volume licensing, contact Customer Support and a suitable arrangement will be made.
Updates and Versions
All updates to MORPHTOOL 2 are included with your licence, and your key remains valid through them. A future major version released as a separate product would require a separate purchase and will be announced clearly as such.
Warranty and Liability
We warrant that the Software performs as described on this website, and we will work to correct it where it does not. Issues can be reported to Customer Support at any time.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. We do not warrant that the Software will suit every font pair, project or version of After Effects, and we encourage you to review the free version to ensure the Software meets your requirements prior to making a purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixrate will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software beyond the refund described in our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
A 14-day refund window applies to all purchases. The full policy is set out on the Refund Policy page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
