Refund Policy

A full refund is available within fourteen (14) days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact Customer Support within 14 days of your purchase and the refund will be issued in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pixrate.co from the address used at purchase, or include your licence key, so your order can be located.

Refund requests are answered within two working days. Refunds are issued through Paddle, who processed your payment, and are returned to the original payment method. Refunds should appear on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Effect on Your Licence

Upon receiving a refund, the licence key is disabled. MorphTool returns to its free version and keeps working within the free limits. ANIM8R returns to its trial, which keeps every feature but exports with a “trial version” text. Compositions you have already created are unaffected, as they are ordinary After Effects layers that do not require the Software to open or render.

Refunds After the 14-Day Window

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are handled case by case. If the Software is defective we would rather correct it than keep your money, and genuine cases will be heard.

Evaluating Before Purchase

We encourage you to try the Software before making a purchase, to ensure it meets your requirements. MorphTool has a free version: the same panel with smaller limits, and it never expires. ANIM8R has a trial: the full panel, with exports that carry a “trial version” text.
